Refund & Exchange Policy – UK & US Customers

At Lulusse, your satisfaction is our top priority. We aim to provide a smooth, secure, and worry-free shopping experience. For our customers in the United Kingdom and the United States, we offer the following international-friendly refund and exchange policy, designed to be transparent and customer-focused.

This policy complies with applicable UK and US consumer protection and distance selling regulations.

1. Refunds – No Physical Return Required (UK & US)

For orders delivered to the UK and US, customers are not required to return the product in order to receive a refund.

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may choose one of the following options:

  • A full refund to your original payment method, or

  • Store credit to be used on future purchases.

Refunds are processed promptly once approved, without requiring return shipping or additional logistical steps.

2. Exchanges – No Return Required

If you would like to exchange your product for a different size, colour, or style:

  • You may keep the original item.

  • A replacement item will be shipped to you without requiring a return.

For items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, replacements are shipped free of charge.

This process ensures a fast, convenient, and stress-free exchange experience.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered:

  • All shipping and handling costs are covered by Lulusse.

  • You may choose between:

    • A replacement product, or

    • A full refund, based on your preference.

4. Timeframe & Eligibility Conditions

  • Refund or exchange requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Requests can only be initiated after the order has been delivered.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in resellable condition to qualify for a refund or exchange.

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened, in accordance with UK and US regulations:

  • Underwear

  • Swimwear

  • Socks
    (where applicable)

Please note: Orders that are still in transit or undergoing international processing cannot be refunded or exchanged until delivery is completed.

5. Refund Processing Time

Once a refund or exchange request is approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, processing may take 7–10 business days.

6. International Shipping & Delivery Terms

  • Orders are shipped from international warehouses or production facilities.

  • Estimated delivery time: 4–10 business days (excluding weekends).

  • Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance or logistical delays.

Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped. However, refunds or exchanges may be requested after delivery in accordance with this policy.

For exchanges requested due to personal preference (size, colour, or change of mind), shipping costs remain the customer’s responsibility.
